Not Operational App

Using this App on an iPhone 6:
Every time I select the data option it stay standing still, need to restart the application.
When starting sync with the phone, it reach 97% an try to synchronize with Apple wealth an the app closes.
When I select the feedback option, the app closes.
Long story short, Im not able to see any information or charts in the app.
